Some considerations when measuring ring sizes:

Professional sizing methods are more reliable and accurate than online or at-home methods. Professional sizing can be done at a local reputable jeweler.

It is important to take into account the width of your band as wider bands typically require a larger size to fit comfortably. It is therefore always best to be sized with a ring sizer of the same width as that of of the ring you intend to purchase.

The best size is usually the ring that fits snugly and gives a little resistance when you take it off. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Flaming eagle feathers embodying the principle of Anishinaabe bimaadiziwin

These unique, 0.3937 inch wide graphic overlay wedding bands consist of sterling silver; the eagle feather inlays, their stylized shape inspired by flame designs, are 14K red gold. Both rings show oxidized, or sulphured, recesses of sterling silver, which creates a dramatic contrast with the red gold inlays.

The wedding bands with the flaming eagle feathers symbolize the journey of two companions sharing mino misko manidoo-miikana, the good red spiritual road. The feathers of the eagle and the spiritual road that they symbolize are in turn metaphors for bimaadiziwin, a way of life where being faithful to one’s origin and the well-being of one’s People are central, and where respect for oneself, each other, and one’s relatives and loved ones - but also for the larger world of all living things - is vital. In following bimaadiziwin, the Seven Instructions (often called “Grandfathers”) that have been passed on generation to generation, can serve as guiding principles along the road.

"Giishpin biminizha’aman onowe
niizhwaaswi aanike-gagiikwewinan.
Giga-mino-bimaadiz wiiji’inenimadwaa
gidinawemaaganag."

("When you live according to
The Seven Sacred Instructions
You will live a life of peace and harmony
With All of Your Relatives.")

- The principle of Anishinaabe bimaadiziwin: how to live a good and upright life.
